Two arrested and charged after cannabis worth £384k recovered in Aberdeen
Two men have been arrested and charged following the discovery of a cannabis cultivation in Aberdeen.
Around 5pm on Thursday, 13 March, 2025, officers acting on intelligence searched an industrial unit on Craigshaw Road, Aberdeen. Cannabis with an estimated street value of £384,000 was seized.
The men, aged 34 and 20, were due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, 17 March 2025.
Detective Inspector Andrew Machray said: “This is a significant recovery which demonstrates our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and Scotland’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“We will always act on information regarding the supply of illegal drugs, and I would encourage anyone with concerns about drug activity in their area to contact us.
