Woman arrested and charged following drugs recovery in Aberdeen
A 42-year-old woman has been arrested and charged following the recovery of drugs in Aberdeen.
Acting on intelligence, officers stopped a vehicle on Clarke Street at around 8.20pm on Tuesday, 7 January, 2025.
Quantities of cocaine and heroin, with an estimated value of around £11,500, and a three-figure sum of cash were recovered.
The woman is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 8 January, 2025.
Detective Constable Lindsay Hellings said: “This recovery underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
