Two people attacked by dog in Dundee
Officers are appealing for information after a dog attacked two people in Dundee.
Around 2.10am on Sunday, 26 January, 2025, we received a report of a 73-year-old woman and 72-year-old man having been attacked by a dog as they walked in Greendykes Road.
The man was taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment to injuries to his arm and face. The woman did not require any treatment.
Extensive enquiries are ongoing and the dog is described as a bull-type breed, tan in colour and medium sized.
Sergeant Chris Hutchinson said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, or anyone who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage, as we try to identify the owner of the dog responsible."
