Appeal for information following theft of handbag, Boden Boo

We are appealing for information after a handbag was stolen from a car parked in a layby on Boden Boo, Erskine on Sunday, 5 January, 2025.

Between 12pm and 1pm, the bag containing a 68-year-old woman’s purse and person effects was stolen from a silver Skoda Enyaq.

Constable Steven Kirkwood said: “Boden Boo can be busy with people walking their dogs and I would ask anyone who witnessed this theft, or saw anything suspicious, to contact police via 101 quoting incident number 1483 of 5 January.”
