Appeal following serious road crash on A9 near Tomich
Road Policing officers are appealing for information following a two-vehicle crash on the A9 near Tomich, which took place around 6.40am on Tuesday, 21 January, 2025.
The incident involved a white Peugeot Bipper van and a grey Cupra Formentor.
The female driver of the car and male driver of the van were both taken to Raigmore Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
A 32-year-old man was arrested in connection with a road traffic offence and enquiries remain ongoing.
The road was closed for around 5 hours.
Sergeant Douglas Scott, from the Dingwall Road Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for anyone who saw the incident take place and has yet to speak with police to come forward.
“We are also keen to speak with any motorists who were traveling on the A9 in the area around the time of the incident, and may have seen the vehicles involved.
