Woman arrested and charged after drugs worth £19,750 recovered in Glenrothes
A woman has been arrested and charged after drugs worth £19,750 were recovered in Glenrothes.
Officers from Glenrothes’ CID, CIPU and Community Teams executed two drug warrants on The Beeches on Wednesday, 26 February and Carseggie Crescent on Thursday, 27 February.
They recovered cocaine with an estimated street value of £1250 and cannabis with an estimated street value of £18,500 of as well as quantities of other controlled drugs and cash.
A 58-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences and is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court at a later date.
Enquiries are ongoing.
