Appeal following wilful car fire on Lamont Road, Glasgow
Detectives are appealing for information following a car fire in the Lamont Road area of Glasgow.
The incident happened around 8.15pm on Sunday, 16 February, 2025 when a grey Hyundai Tucson, was set on fire.
The fire was put by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and no one was injured.
Enquiries so far have established that a man dressed in all black clothing was seen running away from the area shortly after the incident.
Detective Constable Ryan Carson said: "Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has any information which could assist to contact us.
"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and who has private CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch.”
