Enquiries ongoing following death of a man in Kilmarnock
Around 5.25pm on Tuesday, 22 April, 2025, we were called to a report of an unresponsive man on Orchard Street, Kilmarnock.
Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death is being treated as unexplained.
Inspector Martin Lawrie said: “Extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding this death.
“Officers will remain in the area over the course of tonight and tomorrow and anyone with any information or concerns can speak to them, or call Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 2460 of Tuesday, 22 April, 2025.”
