Appeal for information after car set on fire in Chapelhall area of Airdrie
Detectives are appealing for information after a wilful fire-raising incident in the Chapelhall area of Airdrie on Wednesday, 18 September, 2024.
Around 10.30pm a car was deliberately set on fire outside a property in Dalbeattie Braes.
Emergency services attended and the car was found to be extensively damaged.
Detective Constable Lynne Thomson said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the fire who may have seen or heard anything suspicious to please get in touch.
“We would also urge any members of the public with private CCTV or dash-cam footage which could be of significance to the investigation to pass this on to officers.”
