Appeal following serious assault in Hamilton
We are appealing for information after a 38-year-old man was seriously assaulted in Hamilton.
The incident happened around 9.10pm on Wednesday, 11 September, 2024, when he was assaulted by a man on Ann Street.
The man made off in the direction of Burnbank Centre.
The 38-year-old man was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as wearing a light blue hooded top, is around 170cms tall and of slim build.
Detective Constable Christine McLanachan said: "Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone that can help with our investigation to come forward.
"If you were in the Ann Street area on Wednesday evening and saw or heard anything suspicious, please contact us."
