Update - missing man from Renton

Around 10.45am on Monday, 7 October, 2024, the body of a man was recovered from the River Leven in the Glasgow Road area of Dumbarton

Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of Jamie Gardiner, 47, reported missing from Renton on Friday, 4 October, have been made aware.

There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
