Appeal following serious crash on M74
Road policing officers are appealing for information following a crash on the M74.
Around 3.05pm on Saturday, 5 October, 2024, we were called to a report of a collision at junction 3a, which involved a grey Ford Kuga.
One woman, aged 22, was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Police Sergeant Stewart Taylor, of the Road Policing Unit, said: “I would ask anyone who may have witnessed what happened, or who may have dashcam footage, to contact us as soon as possible. You may have captured something that can assist our enquiries.
“The road was fully closed for around twenty minutes. I want to thank members of the public for their patience while we investigated this serious crash.”
