Appeal following assault near Tollcross, Glasgow - Saturday, 17 August, 2024

Police Scotland have released an image of a man they wish to speak to who may be able to assist their enquiries into an assault, which took place on Saturday, 17 August, 2024, on London Road, near Tollcross, in Glasgow.

The man (pictured) is described as white, between 5ft 9in and 5ft 11in in height, of average build, with short fair hair swept to the side. He was wearing a grey t-shirt and a black body warmer.

Detective Constable Lamb said: "I would urge the man pictured or anyone who may recognise him or has information about this incident to contact us as soon as possible."

Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2656 of Saturday, 17 August, 2024. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
