Appeal following fire in Aviemore
Police Scotland is appealing for information following a fire in Aviemore.
The incident happened around 8.25pm on Wednesday, 27 November, 2024 in the Grampian Road area when we were called to a report of an unused caravan being on fire.
Officers attended to assist the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and the fire was extinguished. There were no injuries.
Inspector Craig Johnstone said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of this fire and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact police.
“We are keen to speak with anyone who may have been in the area around the time of the incident, or if anyone has private CCTV or dash-cam footage which could assist, please come forward.”
