Appeal following assault in Greenock on Tuesday, 12 November
Officers are appealing for information following an assault in the Whinhill Crescent area of Greenock.
The incident happened around 7pm on Tuesday, 12 November, when a 42-year-old man was assaulted. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Two men were seen at the time. They both wore black tops with hoods, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
Detective Constable Agnieszka Telford said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace the two men seen in the area at the time of this incident.
“If you saw anything then please get in touch with us. We are also keen to speak to anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage that could assist with our investigation.”
