One-vehicle road crash in Crawfordjohn
Officers are appealing for information following a road crash on the B740 at Crawfordjohn, Lanarkshire.
Around 2pm on Wednesday, 1 May 2024, police were made aware of a one-vehicle road crash when a Ford Transit Tipper collided with a bridge wall, causing extensive damage to the vehicle and the bridge.
Emergency services attended and two male passengers, aged 27 and 30, were taken to Wishaw General Hospital. The 27-year-old driver did not require hospital treatment.
Sergeant Ross Allison said: “I would ask any motorists with dash cams who were in the area around the time of the incident to check their footage as it could have images which could assist our enquiries into establishing the cause of the collision.”
