Appeal for information following robbery in Rutherglen
Officers are appealing for information following a robbery at a petrol station in Rutherglen.
The incident happened around 7.05am on Saturday, 25 May, 2024 on Stonelaw Road.
No-one was injured, however a number of items were stolen.
The suspect is described as being a man, in his early 20s, around 5ft 9in tall, and of slim build. He was wearing a blue hooded jacket, black jogging bottoms, black trainers and a black scarf.
Detective Constable Ashley Hind said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anything to contact us.
“We also ask anyone driving in the area at the time with dashcam footage to come forward.”
