Officers are searching for two missing teenagers
We are seeking the assistance of the public in trying to locate two teenagers missing from Arbroath and East Lothian.
Ben McDougall is aged 13 and was last seen around 8.40pm on Sunday, 10 March, 2024 in the Gravesend area of Arbroath. He is around 5ft 6 inches in height with a slim build and short, dark hair. When last seen, he was wearing a black Nike jacket, black tracksuit and white Nike training shoes.
Stuart Munro, aged 15, was last seen in the Meadowmill area of Tranent around 1.35am on Tuesday, 12 March, 2024. He is around 5ft 6 inches in height, with a medium build and short brown hair. When last seen, he was wearing a green tracksuit, black body warmer and an orange hat.
Officers believe the teens are together and enquiries carried out have established the last confirmed sighting of both males was around 2pm in the Prestonpans area yesterday.
There is a possibility they may have travelled to Edinburgh.
Sergeant Calum Connelly said: “A number of resources are being used to locate Stuart and Ben. Given their age, it’s imperative we locate them to ensure they are safe and well. If anyone has seen the boys or has any information about where they may be, please get in touch with us.”
