Teenager arrested after drugs and weapons recovered in Dundee
A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged after cocaine and weapons were recovered in Dundee.
Officers from the divisional Serious and Organised Crime Team carried out a search of an individual in Dundee City Centre on Thursday, 7 March and recovered cocaine and a small amount of cannabis. They also seized a bladed weapon and an imitation firearm.
A further search was carried out at a property in Dundee, resulting in more cocaine being recovered.
In total, the drugs are valued in excess of £4,400.
The 17-year-old is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday, 8 March.
