Drugs worth over £100k seized in Fife
A significant quanity of Class B drugs have been seized in Fife.
On Thursday, 14 March, 2024, officers discovered a cannabis cultivation within a premises on Orchard Terrace in Kinghorn.
Cannabis, with an estimated potential street value of over £144,000, was seized from the property.
A 52-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences. He appeared before Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Friday, 15 March.
Sergeant Gordon Stanford said: “This seizure has taken a significant amount of drugs off our streets.
“The operation underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
