Appeal following wilful fire raising outside a flat in Glasgow
Officers are appealing for information following a fire outside a flat in the Kerrycroy Street area of Glasgow that happened around 4am on Tuesday, 19 March, 2024.
The fire was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and no one was injured.
Detective Constable Declan Quinn-Thomas said: “We are carrying out enquiries and the fire is being treated as wilful.
“Fortunately no one was injured as the fire was contained outside but brickwork was damaged along with part of the garden.
“As part of our investigation we are asking anyone in the area with private CCTV to check it and get in touch if there is anything that could assist with our enquiries.
“In addition, if you saw or heard anything suspicious then please also make contact with officers.”
