Appeal following serious assault in park in Alexandria
Officers are appealing for information following a serious assault that happened within Christie Park in Alexandria.
The incident happened around 12.25pm on Friday, 29 March, when a 32-year-old man was assaulted. He was taken to the Royal Alexandria Hospital for treatment.
The suspect made off in an unknown direction. He is described as white and around 5ft 11ins. He was wearing a grey top with a hood.
Detective Constable Jack Muir, of Clydebank CID, said: Our enquiries are ongoing to trace this man and I am asking anyone who saw him or knows where he might be to get in touch.
“This assault happened when the park was likely busy so if you were in the area and can help with our investigation then please make contact with us.”
