Cannabis plants with a potential street value of £240,000 recovered in Aberdeen
Drugs with a potential street value of £240,000 have been recovered from a property in the Kirkhill Road area of Aberdeen.
Officers from the Community Investigation Unit executed a warrant around 8.45am on Thursday, 27 June, 2024, and recovered a quantity of cannabis plants.
A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with drug offences and due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Friday, 28 June, 2024.
Sergeant Mark Rennie said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and Police Scotland is committed to disrupting the cultivation and sale of illegal substances.
