Appeal following serious assault in East Kilbride
Officers are appealing for information following a serious assault in East Kilbride.
The incident happened around 8.20pm on Saturday, 1 June, in the Murray Road area of the town.
Emergency services attended and a 19-year-old man was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
Detective Sergeant Jim Williamson said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are appealing to anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
