Three men arrested and charged following recovery of drugs in Aberdeen with a street value of over £88,000
Three men have been arrested and charged following the recovery of class A and class B drugs with a street value of around £88,670 in Aberdeen.
Around 10.30am on Monday, 1 July, the occupants of a car on Holburn Street were seen acting suspiciously by officers on patrol. The vehicle initially failed to stop when requested but was traced nearby on South Anderson Drive.
The driver and two passengers were arrested following the recovery of drugs and following enquiries a further quantity of drugs was found at a property in John Barbour Court.
The men, aged 19, 22 and 47, were charged in connection and due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 2 July, 2024.
Detective Constable Nick Bowyer said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to removing them from the streets of Aberdeen.
