Man convicted of drug dealing Cocaine in Glasgow
A man has pleaded guilty to drug dealing after he was arrested with several kilos of Cocaine in Glasgow last year.
As part of an intelligence-led operation in March 2023, officers stopped William Paterson on Wallacewell Road and recovered nine kilos of Cocaine. Paterson was arrested and charged in connection with the seizure.
At the High Court in Glasgow today, he pleaded guilty to drugs offences.
Detective Superintendent Steven Elliott said: "This operation undoubtedly caused significant disruption to the local supply chain. We know that individuals and communities are deeply affected by the drugs trade and we will continue to take action against those involved.”
