Two men arrested following attempted housebreaking in Monifieth

Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted housebreaking which occurred in Monifieth in the early hours of Wednesday, 24 January, 2024.

Officers were called to the incident in Princes Street around 1.55am where they traced two men and recovered a number of items.

The men, aged 32 and 40, are due to appear before Forfar Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 24 January, 2024.
