Man arrested and charged in connection with housebreakings and thefts in East Lothian

A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of housebreakings and car thefts in East Lothian.

The housebreakings and car thefts took place in Beveridge Links, Dunbar, Knowesley Park, Haddington, Meetinghouse Drive, Tranent and Stoneyhill Avenue, Musselburgh between Thursday, 16 November and Sunday, 19 November, 2023

A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, 18 January, 2024.
