Woman arrested and charged after Class A drugs seized in Clydebank
A 31-year-old woman has been arrested and charged after Class A drugs worth an estimated street value £260,000 were seized by officers from the serious and organised crime unit.
Around 11.50pm on Tuesday, 27 February, 2024, officers acting under warrant searched a flat in Jellicoe Street, Clydebank, and recovered more than five kilos of cocaine and almost half a kilo of heroin.
The woman was arrested and charged in connection with the seizure and is due to appear before Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Thursday, 29 February, 2024.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
