Over half a million pounds worth of drugs recovered in Dumfries and Galloway
Drugs worth more than £510,000 have been recovered after the search of a vehicle at Loch Ryan Port in Cairnryan.
Officers, assisted by PD Harris, searched a vehicle around 6.30am on Monday, 5 February, 2024 and recovered around 51kg of cannabis.
A 40-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the recovery.
He will appear at Stranraer Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 6 February, 2024. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
