Appeal for information following incident on Howard Street, Glasgow
Police Scotland has released an image of a man who may be able to assist with enquiries into an incident which took place in Howard Street near to Adams Court in Glasgow on Sunday, 17 December, 2023.
The incident took place around 12.20am on the footpath near to the Imperial Bar.
The man was wearing a green tammy hat with a white bauble, a dark blue jacket, blue jeans and tan coloured footwear and was approximately 40 years old.
