Elgin fire no longer treated as wilful

 

A fire in Elgin is no longer being treated as wilful.

Bins on Waulkmill Road were found to be on fire around 2.10am on Saturday, 28 December, 2024.

The fire was initially believed to be wilful but following extensive enquiry, no criminality was established.
