Appeal following theft of e-bikes in Peebles
Officers in the Scottish Borders are appealing for information following a break-in and the theft of two e-bikes from a property on Whitehaugh Park, Peebles.
The incident is believed to have happened between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday, 11 December, 2024.
The first e-bike is described as black with bright blue pedals, and has the word “SPECIALISED” in white text across the frame.
The second e-bike is described as orange with black pedals, and has the word “VOODOO” in text across the battery box and frame.
Detective Constable Bernard Hennessey, from Galashiels CID, said: “We are appealing for anyone with information on this break-in, or who may have seen either of the e-bikes since the time of the theft, to please come forward.
