Appeal after woman seriously injured in A92 crash
Road policing officers are appealing for information after a two car crash on the A92 near Gourdon.
The incident happened about one mile south of the village around 11.45am on Monday, 9 December and involved a blue Ford Focus and a black Kia Ceed.
The 79-year-old female driver of the Kia was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment to serious injuries.
The driver and a passenger from the Ford were also taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.
The road was closed until around 6.10pm to allow for an investigation at the scene and officers are now appealing for witnesses.
Sergeant Pete Henderson said: "We would urge anyone who may have information or dashcam footage which could help our investigation to come forward.
"Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 1110 of 9 December."
