Man who died in Aberdeen incident named
A 44-year-old man who was found injured in Aberdeen has died.
Jacek Dembinski, from Aberdeen, was found with serious injuries outside Rosehill Court around 4.30pm on Tuesday, 27 August, 2024.
He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he died on Thursday, 29 August, 2024.
Jacek’s family have released the following statement through Police Scotland:
"Jacek was a much loved Son, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle and Step-Father. He will be greatly missed by all. We ask for our privacy as a family to be respected at this difficult time."
A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death. He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday, 29 August 2024.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
