Cannabis cultivation worth over £144k recovered in Glasgow
Class B drugs with potential street value of over £144,000 have been recovered in Glasgow.
Officers attended a property in Grantley Gardens, Shawlands, around 5.40pm on Monday, 12 August, 2024.
A significant cannabis cultivation was discovered within.
Enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible.
Detective Inspector David Bell said: “This is a substantial recovery and underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“Drugs cause misery in our communities and we will use all resources at our disposal to disrupt the cultivation and sale of illegal substances. Information provided by the public is vital in helping us continue to do this.”
