Appeal for information following robbery in Inverness
Detectives are appealing for information after a 21-year-old man was robbed in Inverness.
The incident happened around 2.15am on Friday, 30 August, 2024 on Chattan Avenue.
The man was approached by two men, and a two-figure sum of cash was taken. He did not require medical treatment.
The first suspect is described as being white, in his late 20s, around 5ft 8in tall of slim build.
The second is described as being white, in his late 20s, around 6ft tall, of medium build.
Detective Sergeant Joanna Macleod said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.
“We also ask anyone who may have private CCTV of the area at the time to come forward.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 0283 of 30 August, 2024. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
