Update on young child assault in Dundee
Officers in Dundee would like to thank the public for their assistance following an earlier appeal regarding the reported assault of a child in the South Road area.
The child has been identified and traced safe and well.
Further enquiries to establish any criminality remain ongoing.
Constable Conor Burton said: “We are grateful to members of the local community for assisting with our enquiries.
“The public can be assured that any such reports will be fully investigated to ensure the welfare of potential victims.”
