Update following hit and run in Livingston

A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a hit and run incident in Livingston.
The incident involving a car and a pedestrian on Queens Crescent happened around 10.55pm on Friday, 22 September, 2023.
The 20-year-old is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
