Man arrested and charged following sexual assault, Hamilton

 

A 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in Hamilton.

The incident happened round 5.35pm on Monday, 28 August, 2023, in Palace Grounds Road.

The man was released on an undertaking to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court at a later date.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
