Officers recover cannabis in Airdrie
During an operation in Airdrie, officers netted cannabis with an estimated street value of approximately £300,000.
Around 9.30am on Wednesday, 11 October, 2023, officers acting under warrant, entered a property in Stirling Road, Airdrie and recovered a quantity of cannabis.
The haul included, herbal cannabis, cannabis extract, cannabis resin, cannabis edibles and cannabis plants. More than 12,000 in cash was seized.
Two men aged, 19 and 77, and one woman, aged 47 were arrested in connection with drugs offences. They were due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Thursday, 13 October, 2023.
