Appeal for information following a crash on Keppochhill Road, Glasgow

Road policing officers in Glasgow are appealing for information following a crash.

The crash happened around 1.55am on Tuesday, 3 October, 2023 on Keppochhill Road in the city, involving a Honda motorcycle and a Mercedes.

The 18-year-old and 19-year-old from the motorcycle were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The Mercedes driver was uninjured.

Inspector Hugh Niccolls said: “Our enquiries into the circumstances of what happened is underway.

"The road was closed in both directions for 5 hours to allow investigations to take place. I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who has dash-cam footage to contact us as soon as possible, you may have captured something that could assist our investigation.

"Anyone with information should call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 0238 of 3 October, 2023."
