Appeal after robbery at shop in Kilmarnock
Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a robbery at a shop in Kilmarnock.
The incident happened at a convenience store on Knockinlaw Road shortly after 6.55pm on Friday, 27 October.
An unidentified man entered the shop and threatened staff with a knife before making off on foot carrying the till monitor.
The man is described as white, approximately 5ft 10 and of skinny build. He was wearing a black anorak and was dressed in all black.
Detective Constable Gillian Wilson said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who saw or heard anything to come forward.
“We are particularly keen to speak to a man and a woman who were walking dogs near to the shop at the time the man made off.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV from the area.
