Arrest made in Clydebank following attempted murder

A man has been arrested in connection with an attempted murder in Clydebank on Monday, 8 May.

A 38-year-old man was found with serious injuries on Alexander Street. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment to serious but non-life threatening injuries.
 
A 62-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday, 15 May, 2023.
