Appeal following serious crash on the A92 Parkway, Aberdeen
Officers are appealing for information following a serious crash on the A92 Parkway, Aberdeen.
The incident involving a car and a single decker bus, happened around 7.40pm on Sunday, 30 April, 2023 on the A92 between the roundabout junctions of Fairview Road and Gordon Brae.
Emergency services attended and the driver of the car, a 37-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where his condition is described as critical.
The 42-year-old female passenger of the car was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment and later discharged. A male passenger from the bus was treated at the scene.
The road was closed for around eight hours to allow investigations to be carried out and re-opened around 3.30am on Monday, 1 May, 2023.
Sergeant Sarah Ritchie of the North East Road Policing said “Our enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or who has any information to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist to get in touch.”
