Investigation following hit and run in Glasgow
Officers are appealing for information following a hit and run in Glasgow.
Around 1.20pm on Friday, 3 March, 2023, a 60-year-old man was struck by a black Audi A4 estate car which made an illegal turn from Byres Road into Lawrence Street. The driver failed to stop.
The male pedestrian did not require medical treatment, however, he was left badly shaken as a result of the incident.
Officers are continuing to review CCTV footage from in and around the area.
Constable Tom Parker said: “I am appealing for anyone who was in the area around the time who may have seen the black Audi and its occupant(s), possibly being driven erratically or dangerously, to contact us. I would also like to ask anyone with recording equipment, such as dash cams, to check their footage as there may be images which could assist our investigation.”
