CCTV appeal following robbery in Glasgow city centre

Detectives in Glasgow have released CCTV images of two men they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries into a robbery in the city centre.

The incident happened on Glassford Street around 2.20am on Tuesday, 10 January, 2023.

The first man was wearing a blue Tommy Hilfiger jacket with a red zip, black Adidas tracksuit trousers with two white stripes down the sides. He was carrying a red and black Nike Air Jordan rucksack.

The second man was wearing a green tracksuit with a white stripe down the arm and leg, and a black Canada Goose body-warmer.

Detective Constable Mark McCallum said: “I would ask the two men in the images or anyone who recognises them to call us as soon as possible via 101, quoting incident number 0212 of Tuesday, 10 January, 2023.

“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
