Appeal for information following crash in Glasgow

Road policing officers are appealing for information following a crash involving a car and a pedestrian in Glasgow.

The crash happened around 10.30pm on Sunday, 12 March, 2023 on South Street.

The 23-year-old male pedestrian was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

Sergeant Gordon Stewart said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who was in the area and who witnessed the crash to get in touch.

“I would also appeal to anyone who was driving in the area and who may have dash-cam footage which could assist our investigation to contact us."

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 3597 of Sunday, 12 March, 2023.
