Teenager charged in connection with robbery in Peebles
A 14-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a robbery in Peebles.
The incident took place around 10.05pm on Friday, 7 July, 2023, on a path leading from the pedestrian bridge on the Cuddyside towards March Street.
A report will be sent to the Children’s Reporter and further enquiries are ongoing.
Inspector Robbie Noble said: “I’d like to thank members of the public for coming forward with information regarding this incident.
“I’d like to reassure the community that we are following further positive lines of enquiry and will be carrying out additional proactive patrols in the area this weekend.”
