Man sentenced for serious sexual offences
At the High Court in Glasgow today, Wednesday 5 July, 54-year-old Bruce Storie was sentenced to 12 years for serious sexual offences and controlled drug offences.
Storie was convicted on Friday, 12 May, at Dundee High Court in connection with the offences that took place in the Perth and Kinross area between 2008 and 2020.
Detective Sergeant David Johnstone said: “We acknowledge the sentencing of Storie who will now face the consequences of his deplorable behaviour.
“Police Scotland is committed to tackling sexual offences to ensure the safety of individuals and communities. I hope today’s verdict will allow the victims some form of closure and enable them to move forward in their lives.
